Modern, cosy ski-in ski-out flat

Perfectly placed for access to all ski lifts in Siviez, with easy connections to Verbier, Nendaz and Veysonnaz/Thyon, our newly renovated 50m2 apartment sleeps 4 comfortably in one double bedroom and a large double sofa bed in the lounge. A fold out 5th bed can be requested for a child.
Situated on the upper ground floor of Mont Fort residence, the apartment has an open plan lounge, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath/shower. There’s even your own small garden to enjoy.

The space
The apartment is open plan but with a separate bedroom and bathroom.
Upon entering, there is a storage area for coats, outdoor gear, helmets etc as well as a double wardrobe for additional clothing/linen.
To the right, off the entrance hall is the double bedroom consisting of 2 beds that can be made up as twins or a large double depending on preference. A double wardrobe with hanging shelves and rail provides ample clothes space and there are additional drawers in both bedside tables. A mirror with storage for make up and grooming products is also provided.
The large bedroom window has views out over the mountain slopes and can be opened fully or tilted for ventilation.
Opposite the bedroom is the bathroom with a full sized bath, perfect for soaking aching limbs after a hard day’s skiing or hiking. For the non soakers, there is a shower over the bath with good water pressure.
The main living area features a large 2 meter super comfortable 3 seater sofa, as well as further seating for 2. There’s a 32inch internet enabled TV with cable channels plus all your favourite apps like Netflix, Amazon TV and Apple TV. Large floor to ceiling windows and a door bring in lots of light and give access to the small patio & garden where you’ll find an outdoor table and 4 chairs to make the most of sunny days.
We have equipped the open plan kitchen area with everything you need to rustle up a family meal or just brew up a cappuccino. A three ring induction hob and combination microwave grill and convection oven take care of the cooking whilst the choice of filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto or good old kettle provide for hot drinks. In addition, there is a full sized dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, raclette machine and even a sandwich toaster.
The generously sized dining table easily seats 6 and extends to seat 8 should you have guests.
We hope our apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable stay but please let us know if you think there’s anything we’ve missed.

Guest access
Access to the Mont Fort building is gained via the path up from next to the Chez Caroline restaurant at the base of the Rosablanche apartment building. In summer this is driveable once you use the main front door key to open the barrier but in Winter you must travel the last few metres on foot. There is a skidoo service to help with luggage at the weekends, simply call the number on the notice board in the entrance way.
Once in Mont Fort, on the ground floor of the building you will find a ski storage room and a boot store either for ski boots in winter or hiking boots in summer. Next to that there is a laundry room with washers, dryers and air drying lines. Washers and dryers take 1, 2 and 5CHF coins.
Up one flight of stairs or floor 0 in the lift, you will find the apartment. Access to the front door is via keys which you will find in the key safe to the left of the apartment’s front door.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
