Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn. Table tennis, terrace (27 m2), barbecue. In the house: table tennis, sun terrace, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 700 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 200 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 1.1 km, railway station "Sion" 16.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 250 m, gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop, ski-kindergarten, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: SPA des Bisses 700 m, Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 16 km.
