It is ideally located in the resort, just 100 meters from the departure of the main ski lift of the resort and a short walk from shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is located in the Mer de Glace complex which houses the Spa des Bisses; a magnificent spa concept ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.
We provide 3 unlimited and non-nominative spa passes with the apartment rental. (Subject to spa opening hours. It is not possible to have additional passes but individual entries can be purchased on site).

Good Location but Sparse Accommodation!
Good location
The accommodation although clean with plenty of storage, was very sparsely furnished, we just about all (3 slim adults 2 children) managed to sit on the one sofa but had nowhere to put drinks or snacks so resorted to spending most of our evenings sat at the dining table, it certainly wasn’t as comfortable as the previous apartments we had rented.

L'emplacement est idéal : à quelques pas des magasins des remontées mécaniques et des randonnées . La vue est juste magnifique .On ne s'en lasse pas ...Chambres et literies impeccables .Spa des Bisses : parfait moment de détente .
Le mobilier de terrasse est un peu restreint : une table et quatre chaises pour un appartement de sept personnes .Pas de micro-ondes ?

Très beau séjour en famille
Beau logement avec deux WC, baignoire et douche. Très pratique pour les familles et entre amis.
L’accès au bain est très facile, la vue est magnifique et la possibilité de prendre un chien (propre) est vrai plus.
L’accès aux bains pour chaque personne qui loue le bien serait un vrai plus. (3 pass pour 4 personnes) au vu du prix de l’entrée journalière.

C’est la seconde fois que je loue cet appartement. Je le trouve très agréable, les volumes, l’agencement rustique moderne, l’accès aux bains et l’emplacement près de toutes les commodités.

Le local ski ne permet pas de sécher les chaussures ce qui n’est pas très agréable de les retrouver humides et froides le lendemain matin.

des vacances pour lâcher prise...
Tout est parfait, les bains sont super, l'appartement est spacieux, magnifique et très bien équipé, l'emplacement est top... tout est à portée de mains... ou de pieds... on peut se parquer en arrivant et profiter de tout sans voiture... un vrai repos...
Faire remplacer la carte de passage à la passerelle qui ne fonctionne pas en raison du trou qui a été fait pour lui mettre un cordon et qui nécessite de toujours déranger la réception de l'hôtel.

Compact apartment at prime location
Apartment is clean and excellently located. Spa access is great benefit.
The duvet for the main bedroom double bed, was filled with only a single set for one person (hence our feet had no cover). One of the bedside lamps was not working. Kitchen appliances were minimal for a 7 person apartment. Seating area very limited for 7 persons ( just enough for maybe 5 persons.

Location, near to the lifts and baby crèche and town
Loved the spa access too
Proper double duvets on the double beds rather than singles
Better instructions on lift access and hotel passage. Perhaps show a video rather than photos? It took us a few days to work out how to get to/from apartment without using stairs
The premier ski hire shop didn’t offer 15% discount - only 10% on hire only and we bought a lot of stuff from retail with no discount - maybe chat to them to check.
Better pillows - they are feather and too soft. Maybe some other synthetic ones to offer. As we allergic to feather pillows !
