This inviting flat is ideally located near the village center and cable cars in the picturesque Swiss resort of Nendaz, right in the heart of the 4 Vallées. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this comfortable 3-star flat covers 34 m², making it perfect for couples or small families. The cozy living room features a flat-screen cable TV and WiFi, while the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Situated in the Pracondu residence, you'll enjoy prime access to the cable car and ski slopes, just 100 meters away. The modern complex comprises two comfortable buildings with a lift and a sauna area, with nearby attractions including the Spa des Bisses (200 m) and shops (300 m).

The layout includes a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom complete with a bathtub and a separate WC. Additional amenities feature a dining area and a charming terrace, ideal for enjoying the stunning valley views. Access to a sauna (available for an extra charge), a laundry room, and a ski room is also provided. Parking is available with one outdoor space subject to availability, and pets are welcome.

For a seamless stay, a tourist tax and a deposit are required. Guests can also take advantage of exclusive Alpvision discounts of up to 25% on equipment rentals, ski lessons, and shop purchases.
