So much to enjoy while staying at this newly remodeled cottage in Nelsonville. This home offers all the coziness you desire as well as a convenient location to use as a home base to enjoy the great outdoors.

Located 1 mile from Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, Rocky outdoor Store and Stuarts Opera house. Only 11 miles to Lake Hope SP and 20 miles to Hocking Hills SP.
And the reason we own this place, we are right down the street from an ATV trailhead in Wayne National Forest.

The space
This home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. 1 bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 1 full and 1 twin. There is a roomy living room with open concept fully furnished eat in kitchen. Lot of yard space to enjoy outdoor games or grilling with friends and family. Relax in the evening around the fire pit and take a dip in the hot tub.

You have access to the entire house including the garage and carport and a large yard.
Other things to note
We provide all bedding, towels, washcloths and hot tub towels.

There will be a "starter" or "weekend" supply of tp, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. For longer stays you may need to replenish these items.

We do not supply personal care items such as soap and shampoo.
