The house is a 1.5km walk to Nelson town, or 500m to the waterfront, down either of two public access ways near the house. There’s a French patisserie 300m away. It’s a very central location.

Has WiFi and smart TV. Also a record player/Lp collection and a few boards games. Furnished with a combination of imported Indian furniture and retro stylings. Open plan living and great indoor/outdoor flow. A grassed area at the front too.

Down a private shared-driveway, so it’s very quiet. Three bedrooms featuring King size bed, Double bunk, Sofa bed in the office. One bathroom featuring separate bath and shower. Master bedroom has a television. Heat pump and a wood burner (with wood), in case summer quickly turns wintery.

Please note:

Sofa bed: you may be able to squeeze a 7th person into the house, by putting two people onto the sofa bed- but it'd be cosy (it's 110cm wide, and does fit two pillows, but probably only really allows for two children or a parent/child combination).

Bunk bed: according to the manufacturer's instructions, the top bunk has a weight capacity of 65kg, and the bottom bunk has a capacity of 150kg.

There is a portacot in the house, but please bring your own sheets for this.
