We received a lovely welcome to the property and were shown all the little bits and pieces that made the room special and that were thoughtful additions to the general experience. The hosts are lovely and friendly, and the breakfasts are out of this world! Each day a new menu which included a lovely variation of omelets but included home made muesli, a variety of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, orange juice - the works. I absolutely loved my stay here and will sure sure return. Did I mention how lovely the hosts were?

We had a wonderful time staying at Shelbourne Villa. Val and Wayne were excellent hosts. Our large room was beautiful 10/10, the bed was comfortable, and although we were staying in a house we had total privacy. It was my first experience of a B&B and I would totally recommend this accommodation. Val and Wayne thank you so much.

A gorgeously serene accomodation

This is a beautiful B&B, and the best accommodation we stayed at during our trip in New Zealand. We stayed in the master suite which was absolutely spotless, aesthetically gorgeous, and complete with a spa tub. The hosts are delightful, the breakfast delicious. Everywhere you look in this lovely place you see art. It is an easy walk to downtown Nelson, and a peaceful, restful location. Just fabulous!
