Just a short drive or moderate walk to the city centre or Nelson's Tahunanui Beach - there are lots of great spots, like the Maitai River Walkway, Magazine Point or Sublime Cafe for you to discover along the way!

**Special conditions & notes**:

- No party or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions and the Building's standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply.

- Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicle. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

- Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

Amazing Stay

We were extremely impressed with our stay at the apartment. We were there to visit with family who live in Beachville Nelson. The apartment looks exactly the same as the photos! Excellent location. 14 minute walk to town, 4 minute walk to the best croissants I’ve ever tasted at Posh! And coffee just down the road, best in Nelson. Having lots of crockery was a huge bonus. A very well stocked apartment. Negatives: Bathrooms are a little tired and we would have liked a smart TV to be able access streaming services. Also a TV in the bedroom would have been good. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend and will return.

Great. Loved the location and the apartment. Excellent for a family of 5 with two bathrooms.

Excellent and relaxed environment for a short stay in Nelson. The two bathrooms, bbq and beach towels were great additions to the apartment.
