This is a multi-level apartment with stairs between ground level (entry, bedroom, ensuite bathroom, laundry, parking) and level 1 (living, kitchen, dining, main bathroom, bedroom) and level 2 where there is a roof-top balcony. If your children are familiar with stairs &/or you are comfortable supervising them in this area, then we would be happy to welcome you at this property.

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Noise in the area - This is a central city apartment. While the apartment is double glazed, well insulated and while the area is not generally considered noisy, as for any city location, there may be the potential for some noise from time to time.
- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Clean, quiet, spacious and convenient walking location to downtown Nelson
Enjoyed our stay to walk to downtown Nelson and Farmers market. Great amenities including fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer and private parking. Very clean and quiet, and hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.

The property is spectacular. Great attention to detail and an architectural gem (says me an architect!) The property was spotless ( thank you) and had everything you could want. Loved the top floor deck. We even chose to spend our time there yesterday instead of having a beach day! Well located in the centre. Easy walking distance to the superb Suter Art Gallery- well worth a visit. Undoubtedly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in 👍

Beautiful apartment you will love!
This apartment has everything you can think of needing. Very clean and walkable to all. If we could, we would live here! Will be back. Also, the owners were very nice to deal with.
