Located in the peaceful suburb of The Wood, you’ll be within walking distance to the city center and have easy access to everything Nelson has to offer. With its prime location and high-quality amenities, the Guest House offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy.
The Space:
Accommodating up to four people, the property is situated on the second floor of our family home, accessible via an external staircase. You'll have the entire second floor to yourself for full privacy (75m²).
Bedroom 1: king bed, living room, smart TV
Bedroom 2: super king bed, smart TV
Main Bathroom: shower, motion-sensor lighting, heated towel rails, underfloor heating, & complimentary toiletries.
Kitchen: fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, selection of hot beverages, and basic pantry staples. Please note there is no dishwasher.
Laundry: washing machine & dryer.
