Our house is 10 mins walk from Nelson central city and 2mins walk to the Dun Mountain trail and Codgers mountain bike park.
It is divided into the main house upstairs (3 bedrooms) and separate unit downstairs (2 bedrooms). The downstairs unit was built 3 years ago and the upstairs got a new bathroom and flooring one year ago.
The house has a big front deck that is drenched in sun and looks over the valley and out to sea. We have spent a lot of time levelling and planting the back yard and it is now a lovely green space when you are needing some shade. The yard is fenced and dogs may be considered.
There is a garage for storing bikes etc and space to park 2 or 3 cars up the drive (it's a back section).
The vacation home features a patio and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a private yard.
