The room was spotless, and he upgraded us to the spa room. The service was outstanding. The owner was so kind and generous. He picked us up at the airport because we had to drop off the car a day early, and then took us back to the airport the next day. He recommended places to eat and see. Very kind, helpful, and the accomodations were great. The one thing I loved the most is the the vanity mirror was next to a window so it was easy to to see to put on your makeup. Highly reccomend Arcadia Motel!

Personalised, exceptional service

We had an incredible stay. The personal service was what really sets this place apart. The apartment we stayed in was tidy and had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable. The beach walkway was a quick stroll from hotel and everywhere you’d want to go in the area was a close drive. We appreciated the customer service most of all. The owner was so nice and welcoming. The family takes pride in their hotel and it shows.

The gentleman that greeted us upon arrival was lovely, he showed us to our room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend Arcadia Motels and are looking forward to staying here again on our next holiday.

We loved this property. Host was kind and welcoming. The room was perfect for us and the location was great. Close to the beach (a very short drive) and easy to get to the highway toward Abel Tasman Park. Highly recommend this hotel.
