Unit 2 Portofino is a stylish and modern furnished unit with a large open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi and DVD player. There is also a separate sitting area so you can sit back and relax, read a book, or just admire the stunning views from within the apartment.

The apartment has a large wrap around balcony with gas BBQ and alfresco dining at its best. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, microwave plus a dishwasher for your convenience.

Three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow through. The hot water is very hot in this apartment, the main bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, and vanity. The apartment also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and parking for two vehicles.

The Portofino complex is in a superb location, just a short one-minute stroll to the main street and the heart of Nelson Bay and D’albora Marina where the family can enjoy an array of restaurants, boutiques shops, surf stores, major supermarket chains, souvenir shops, cafes and more. Whilst in the area, hop on a dolphin/whale watch cruise, learn to dive, hire a jet ski, kayak or fishing boat, there is something there for everyone.
