Brand new luxury accommodation in the heart of Nelson Bays Little Beach district.

This three bedroom apartment has been professionally decorated to create a coastal oasis. Just some of the features to make your stay comfortable include ducted air conditioning throughout and a smart TV's. You will never want to leave!

The apartment offers expansive living and dining areas ensuring that there is plenty of space for everyone. The large chefs kitchen will make cooking meals a breeze with the huge island bench and Bosch appliances including induction cook top, oven, built in microwave and integrated dishwasher. A family size refrigerator, quality cooking equipment and a Nespresso coffee machine complete the picture.

Venture through the stacking sliding doors to the oversized terrace, providing exceptional outdoor living. Here you can enjoy the easterly sea breeze whilst dining at the 8 seater table or relaxing on the outdoor sofa. The area also includes the gas BBQ.

All three of the spacious bedrooms feature high quality mattresses and pillows. Linen and towels are provided at this property and the beds will be beautifully made up prior to your arrival - just move in and relax! Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe for storage.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom two is also offered with a king bed whilst bedroom three has two long single beds. The bedding configuration in all bedrooms is flexible upon request, and at an additional cost.

The stunning main bathroom includes a shower, deep free standing bathtub and toilet. The property also has a large laundry with washing machine, dryer and hanging rack.

The apartment is very well located with everything to make the perfect beach holiday nearby. Exit the building via the back gate and wander 2 minutes done the pretty treelined walking path to stunning Shoal Bay beach. The property is a 10 minute walk along the shoreline to the Shoal Bay Village shops and restaurants including the popular Shoal Bay Country Club. A 5 minute drive will see you at Nelson Bay shops and marina, the Nelson Bay Golf Club or Fingal Bay Beach.

There is one undercover secure parking space available.

Wifi Note: This is a brand new building and there is currently no Wi-Fi at this property. Wi-FI due late 2022.

Luxury stay only footsteps from beach

The pictures do not do justice. The apartment is large and comfortable and located so conveniently close to the beach. Lovely helpful neighbours that make you feel more welcome. Will definitely be back !!
