Classic View 1 is a spacious three-bedroom ground floor duplex with free Wifi and an open plan air-conditioned living area that opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ. A fantastic place for alfresco dining with fabulous water views and magnificent sunsets from the balcony. Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery.
The duplex is set high up on the hill with the entry being in Nash Lane (a private cul-de-sac). The location is very quiet and peaceful with a private set of stairs that leads down to the foreshore, cross at the pedestrian crossing and you are at Nelson Bay beach. A beautiful flat three-minute walk and you are at D'Albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD which offers an array of shops, cafes and restaurants. Staying at Classic View 1 is so easy, park the car and everything is at your fingertips.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven, three generous sized bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and ensuite. The bonus of having a full-size bath in the main bathroom and an internal laundry with washer and dryer.
There is a single lock up garage plus one car space beside the garage. Due to the steep frontage and external staircase leading to the foreshore we recommend that this property is not suitable for small children.

Family getaway
An amazing location and view, walking distance from everything in Nelsons Bay. A homely stay complete with friendly parrots visiting us on the verandah. The decor was a little dated but it added to the charm.

Great location and views breathtaking. Accomodation ok , getting a bit tired, great having a garage.
Because we arrived on a public holiday, real estate agent was closed but no problem getting the keys but finding the place a bit of a problem. Entrance at the back of the property ( different address ) . Also working out the locks but all in all a great place and I would recommend it

Fantastic location
What a view! You could spend hours just looking at the water, with dolphins frolicking and wild birds landing on the balcony to be fed. Everything you need is provided and spotlessly presented. Comfortable beds too. All in a great location, minutes to the township and a walk to the beach. Only a suggestion - sun lounge/s for the deck. Will be back.

Position, position, position.
This is a very well positioned property and it is well appointed. The garden needs attention and the weeds between the steps from the property to Victoria Parade need removing as they make descending the steps dangerous. Fortunately we found an alternative and safer route to the street. The property needs ceiling fans in bedrooms 2 and 3. Instructions on using the sound system and tv would have saved a lot of time. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality saucepans (which is unusual). More welcoming an d friendly staff at the Real Estate Agent where the keys were picked up and deposited would have been pleasant .
