Open plan studio with a Queen bed, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave and full-size fridge/ freeze, bathroom which offers a shower and toilet. The complex has a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine, dryer and clothesline and off-street parking for one vehicle (access is at the rear of the property from Shoal Bay Road).
Fantastic and affordable for your next beachside getaway in a great location and less than 1km walk along the foreshore into Nelson Bay where'll you'll find an array of great cafes, restaurants, boutiques, D’Albora Marina and the Cruise Centre where dolphin watch cruises depart daily and whale watch cruises that operate June-November.

Close to all amenities. Very clean but tired and lacks a decent wardrobe The building is on a busy corner with lots of traffic noise.

Beautiful sunsets
We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, enjoying the sunsets over a few drinks.
The shops and restaurants are all in easy reach, within 1km.
The studio apartment is most comfortable for 2 people, but could accommodate 4 with the sofa bed.
It's well appointed with everything you need for your stay.

It is very expensive, there is no internet, no towels, and there is no service and no vacuum cleaner. The apartment is a beautiful location with a beautiful view, but it does not deserve such a sum, and there is no one who you mentioned
