Seams the property is not well kept cobwebs everywhere stains on the walls filthy windows and the washer has a horrible smell which makes the entire house smell. I was very disappointed because i told the owner last year there was a smell and hoped they had taken care of it but havent. Those front loaders need to be drained and cleaned on a regular basis or they smell.

This may be the worst place I've ever rented. It is not well maintained, especially on the exterior. When we entered the our first impression was what is that smell. It smells like sewage. I would think twice about renting this home. It was not as cozy or delightful as it was described. They were not enough window coverings in the bedrooms for privacy, there were holes in the decking, vegetation was not maintained around the deck and part of the stairs to get to the dock. There were bird nests in the shed on the dock and all the chairs stacked in there were covered in bird droppings. It indicated there was a hair dryer in the house but we were not able to find one. The best thing about this house was the location on the river and the ability to walk into town. There is only one sofa on the main floor other than that the only places to hang out together we're at the tables or out on the deck or dock.
