Great location. Very helpful staff. Pool was amazing! Very comfortable room/bed and very quiet. Breakfast was perfect. Great a/c and nice spacious bathroom with walkin shower. Had plenty of hot water.

The hotel was of a typical Sri Lankan standard and staff were generally helpful. However the hotel needs renovation to bring it back to how the photographs of the property portray and cleaning improved to areas not immediately visible, for example, behind curtains where there were cobwebs and various dead insects and their eggs.May be of use also for the hotel to check out the electrical safety around the pool as it was noted that the junction box for one of the pool lights, situated in the scum channel, was open and exposed to water as well as other exposed wiring around.

They denied I had a reservation!!!

They said that I did not have a reservation with them! It was an aweful experience! I had flown from NY to India, alone. I was tired and needed to rest and shower after 21 hours on two planes. They said that I must have a reservation with a different ocean pearl. That wasn't true, I have all the confirmations and texts and emails from them and Expedia. I had to walk with my bags and go to three other hotels and ask for a room. Shame on them!!!

Great for one night

Great place for one night, Main tourist attractions near, Lot of gift shops, radtaurants, also close to the beach. Nice breakfast, small pool available.
