Exceptional

Clean, pristine, welcoming place. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond. Kalena, Poornima (staff at front desk) are amazing and do what they do with respect and passion and happiness. The manager (Mr Sherif) is simply very friendly and polite and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. The security guards are always working hard and making sure they help guests and tourists as much as possible and are very respectful also.
