The Space:
This is a peaceful tiny house in Neerim South, just 12 minutes from Rokeby, where paddocks meet the gentle flow of Shady Creek. Surrounded by towering deciduous trees, this holiday home offers a relaxing escape from the city.
Enjoy a relaxing farm stay as you spend the day chasing waterfalls at Toorongo Falls, sampling local wines at Brandy Creek Winery, exploring Mt Baw Baw, or soaking in the tranquil beauty of Blue Rock Dam and Bunyip State Park.
A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings, including the area around the house and driveway. Paddock access is only permitted with the owner due to animals and electric fence risks.
- Herb garden available for guest use in cooking
- 15kg of firewood included. Additional 15kg is $15
- Small bird feed packets available for feeding native birds
- Feed bags provided for hand-feeding our friendly sheep
Guests are welcome to use the spacious cubby house next to the tiny house. It has a brick chimney to keep warm on cold or rainy nights and is great for drying wet gear or storing bikes and clothes.
