Exactly as listed. Excellent introduction from Elena, who explained everything, bar one thing that she forgot but she was always ten minutes away and very responsive, so that was sorted. Our three daughters (18, 20, 22) were very happy with wi-fi. Plenty of sun loungers. Fully equipped kitchen. We've Vrbo-ed in France many times and you could tell this was a new listing. Small improvements (not complaints - we had none): we speak French and Elena only spoke French, but maybe she would have spoken English if we had. This may be a problem when having the bins, pool cleaning robot and electric gate explained to non-French speakers. France has recently changed how it does its rubbish and we mixed up which bin was collected, meaning it got full. But this was no problem for Elena. Some outdoor games would be good, and where the outdoor seating is there is no outdoor light. It was lovely to sit out, and the evenings caught the sun, but we like a light outdoors - this is a very small gripe. The stairs are a bit steep and transparent! Marie-Christine and Elena were really helpful, responsive and nice. The property was in excellent condition. We went at the end of August and so all restaurants and bars were shut, but that's France for you. Rennes is a 40-minute drive (parking in town for about nine euros for most of the day), plenty of shops and restaurants. We had a lovely walk around the nearby lake and Arthurian monument. All in all, a peaceful, excellent stay.
