Welcome to Casa Sol – a beautifully designed vacation home surrounded by nature, just minutes from the famous Nazaré beaches. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, this brand-new 80m² home provides everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

• Private Saltwater Pool & Spacious Garden: Enjoy your own heated saltwater pool, surrounded by lush greenery and organic fruit trees. The large, fully fenced garden offers complete privacy, ideal for sunbathing, picnics, or relaxing in nature.
• Tranquil Setting with Breathtaking Views: Casa Sol is located in an area of natural beauty, where you can take in spectacular views of the landscape, surrounded by endless nature. You can hear the sound of birds, including the charming local species of Portugal, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
• Comfortable, Practical Bedrooms: The house features 3 functional bedrooms, each designed for comfort. One bedroom includes a 160x200 cm double bed, while another has a 140x200 cm double bed. The gallery floor offers a spacious area with two 90x200 cm single beds, which can be combined into a 180x200 cm double bed for a cozy night’s sleep.
• Fully Equipped Living Areas: An open-plan living room connects seamlessly with the dining area and kitchen, making the space perfect for relaxing together. Direct access to the pool and garden ensures effortless indoor-outdoor living.
• Convenient Location: While Casa Sol offers a peaceful retreat, you’re just a short drive from Nazaré’s stunning beaches and the charming town center, full of restaurants and cafes. A supermarket is only 2 minutes away, so you’ll always have what you need.

Here are the key house rules and details to ensure a pleasant stay:

House Rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around the house.
Unauthorized guests, events, and conferences are not allowed without prior approval.
Please respect the house rules to avoid any inconvenience.
Location:

Casa Sol is at the end of the street; look for the black gate with a black mailbox behind the first house.
The street is unpaved and slightly bumpy, and the gravel driveway may feel uneven.

Please keep the pool cover on when not in use.
Do not alter pool heat pump settings or enter the technical control room.

Baby crib (with mattress), bedding, and a high chair are available free of charge.
Other Amenities:

Smart TV with satellite channels (use your private account for Netflix/other apps).
A starter kit with coffee, tea, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner is provided. Additional supplies are guests’ responsibility.
Towels (including pool towels) and bed linens are included.
Maintenance:

Weekly garden and pool maintenance takes place on Mondays or Wednesdays by staff.

Monthly reservations:
Monthly Discount is Available for long-term bookings.
Utilities like Gas, water, and electricity are not included in the price. For monthly rentals, an additional charge of approximately €150 will be added based on usage.
the Jacuzzi/ Heating pool will Not be included for stays longer than 30 days.

Pet Policy: There is a pet fee of €90 for up to 2 pets. We may also request a refundable deposit of €200, which will be returned if no damage occurs during your stay.

Please note that the nearby industrial area may occasionally generate some distant sounds. However, these instances are rare and usually minimal. The location remains a peaceful and relaxing retreat, surrounded by nature, making it an excellent choice for rest and comfort.

Important note for winter season guests:
The entrance leads to a gravel path to the house, suitable for both driving and walking. In the winter, when it's rainy and muddy, please stay on the gravel path. Driving off the path could cause the car to get stuck in the mud, and you might need outside help.

The jacuzzi is available for use only during the winter season, from December to February (inclusive).
