We booked on Orbitz. We phoned the hotel the morning of our stay. Staff confirmed our reservation and assured us that the A/C would be turned on before we arrived, as temps were near 100. When we arrived later that day, staff could not find our reservation and A/C had not been turned on. Very unhappy!
Clean sheets, comfortable beds, a lot of shower space. No refrigerator in room.
Continental breakfast very poor. Menu selections expensive, bland. Would not eat there again.

Stayed here for one night. Nice location, very convenient if you're driving along the 15D. The restaurant is also good and the gardens make the place an oasis of calm.
The Del Rio is right off the highway, so it is frequented by snowbirds and others passing through Navojoa. Convenience stops at the driveway. The room price is high, but not outrageous, for the quality of the small rooms. There is no ice bucket, and no ice. You have to order a bag from the front desk, and then there is no where to put it. Needless to say, there is no refrigerator. The restaurant has adequate food and service, but it is 150 pesos for one of those wine bottles you get on an airplane, and it is not a good brand. We have stayed here before, but will not do so again. Cd Obregon and Guymas are close enough to offer a better selection of hotels and eating establishments.
The window in the bathroom was broken and I swear there was someone walking around out back looking in the windows as i was showering.. Stayed in room 132, would not recommend this room.. Other than that the security in the parking lot was nice to have, and the food from the resturant was excelent.
