Building Stefan Resort Sud was a great and fun resort. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly with their guests. I plan to return due to my family’s experience here. They were flexible too in adding the breakfast option after booking.

The hotel was amazing, clean, quiet. Option to stay at the pool ( you need to pay ). Greek and Italian restaurant nearby. Close to the beach.

If the property is listed as 5 stars, people are expecting to find a 5 stars hotel and 5 stars service. When we arrived in the hotel room and was no soap no shower gel no shampoo no shower cap and the bathroom is empty…that is not a 5 stars hotel. Then you go to buy yourself from the supermarket nearby shower gel, shampoo, etc is not a 5 stars hotel. As well 2nd day when we went to the beach, we left hanging on the outside door signed with “make up the room”. ! We came back at 7 PM and the room was not cleaned, in fact nobody entered. We’ve seen the cleaning, ladies talking in one of the apartments close to the elevator. I went to ask them why my room wasn’t cleaned and no towels provided and the answer from the maids was “we are from the 10th floor not this floor” On our 3rd day same situation. On the 4th day ine lady knocked and asked us “DO YOU NEED US TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM”?? Well after 7 days we had the room cleaned twice and NEVER bedsheets were changed. Im sorry but when you say a five stars hotel you need to provide 5 stars SERVICE ! The azimuth beach was great , nice sunbeds, lunch dinners at their terrace was great . Adriana was amazing as a server every day at our sunbed by the beach.
