Next door to the Summerwind Resort is the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Navarre Beach is a relaxing place to enjoy some quality time with your family and friends. With its stunning views of the gulf this unbeatable location right on the beach, this bright and spacious two-bedroom condo is perfect for your family's next vacation to the Gulf of Mexico. You'll find a king-size bed in the master bedroom, with a master bathroom and your own balcony access from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a two full size beds and its own bathroom access. There is a bunk room that sleeps 3, with a full size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin bunk on top. The living room features a new queen sleeper sofa and new loveseat. The living room is open and has a lot of natural light which is a welcoming vibes to the living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for cooking and eating. There is a standard 12 cup coffee pot for those coffee lovers. You can enjoy your morning or afternoon coffee on the balcony while enjoying the view of Navarre Beach Pier and Navarre Beach. There is a dining  area with seating for six. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
