This condo is part of an exclusive property featuring three sparkling pools and soothing hot tubs for you to enjoy, ensuring endless fun in the sun. Plus, it’s the only building with an on-site store, stocked with all the essentials you need for a carefree vacation—think refreshing smoothies, tasty snacks, sunscreen, unique souvenirs, beach and pool toys, it also has basic grocery essentials.

1. All guests are required to follow the rules of the Resort. The Resort Property Management reserves the right to remove any occupants that intentionally violate Summerwind Resort rules.

2. We are located next to a large public beach. To protect your exclusive access to the Resort amenities, it is mandatory that all SWR guests 12 years of age & older wear the current Summerwind Resort wristband while on property. Any person found on Resort grounds without a wristband must be considered a trespasser. Children under 12 without a wristband must be accompanied by an adult wearing a wristband.

3. Al cars in the parking lot must display a parking pass. The 9 parking spaces under the building are privately owned and NOT for public use.

4. All 3 buildings have an OWNERS ONLY pet policy.

5. We have 3 community pools, 3 community hot tubs & 3 individual fitness facilities for your enjoyment on the property. All owners & registered guests are assured equal access to use those amenities. Any action by one that denies the right of enjoyment by another is prohibited. Any action by one that would endanger themselves or another is prohibited.

6. By Fire Department rule, no beach supplies may be left outside of the front doors of each unit. Each building has beach supply corrals close to the pool/parking garage gates.

7. No food within 4 feet of the pools & absolutely No drinks IN the pools.

8. No lifeguard is ever on duty. Al children under 12 must be supervised by an adult on the pool deck. Swim a t your own risk.

9. Absolutely NO smoking, NO tobacco products & NO GLASS allowed on the pool deck.

10. Boats, trailers & RV's are only allowed in the parking lot in the back row next to Gulf Blvd on a space available basis. They must be registered with the Property manager. If there is no parking available, the public parking lot across the street is approved for parking also.

11. No throwing anything from the balcony. No hanging anything from the balcony railing ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FLAMES ON BALCONY. Grilling can only be done in
designated areas poolside, between buildings.

12. Zero tolerance for vandalism, drunkenness & trespassing offenses.

13.Pools open at 9am and close at 10pm. Resort quiet time begins at 10pm.
