We very much enjoyed the beach view. The condo was very clean and well kept. All decor was very pretty. Accessories were a plus. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because there is no inside chain lock or bolt lock inside the front door for added security and there was no latch at all on the balcony door.

This unit was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. I would definitely return here. It had a wonderful view of the ocean. The management company was prompt and answering my questions. The unit was comfortable and had plenty of towels and sheets and blankets. The kitchen as well equipped we were able to cook. It is centrally located where you can walk to several restaurants and over to the Bayside. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great building on Navarre, but this unit needs updated, particularly the carpet. Also a stench coming from the disposal, and when alerted they never came to clean it so we lived with it all weekend. My main concern is the high top chairs on the linai. God forbid a child climb up on them from the tenth floor.
