Sofa does not pull out to queen bed as advertised so Property management brought in air mattress. Cleaning service needs to do a better job. Sofa cushions were very dirty with pet stains. Underneath sofa not vacuumed, lots of food, dirt, items on floor. Cushions around table could use a cleaning. Rug in master bedroom has stains that should be cleaned. The First two nights, the lights outside didn’t work. dangerous using wet stairs coming in/out of house. Monday afternoon property manager responded quickly. Electrician fixed lights, air mattress and plenty of towels were brought in. Location is great! Love Navarre and all the beaches close by.

Blue Angel weekend

Spent the weekend in this lovely home. Only drawback was the lack of home supplies. Only had 2 trash bags. Maybe it said that in the listing, but I didnt remember reading it Overall the house was perfect for our short stay

Amazing beach house!

This is our 2nd stay at Nonni & Poppy’s and already looking forward to the next! Very clean and comfortable home. Easy access to the beach and centrally located between Pensacola and Destin just a short drive away.

The property was clean in a great location. The property manager was efficient in communicating throughout the entire experience. We had an amazing time celebrating with friends and family.

Overall great stay, minus some cleanliness issues

The house was great for our family of 4 and couldve easily accommodated another small family. Beds were comfy and house had good cooking supplies and beach things we could use (including a wagon, boogie boars, chairs and toys). Main issue i had with cleanliness was the floors were vaccumed but not mopped well. we tend to be a shoes off family and wanted to try and keep sand out of the inside, but our feet were turning black walking around barefoot. i found a vaccum and mop to use and was able to get the floors somewhat clean, but they really need a good steam mop/deep clean as i was still getting a lot of black up in certain areas after a few swiffer mops. under table and edges of cabinets were really bad. they do list some things you meed to bring (dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels). but you also need to bring trash bags and something to wash dishes with (sponge or dish brush) as those are not provided (only 1 trash bag was in the can). washing machine was a bit on the fritz and i reported the issue to maintenance, you have to push on the door very hard while you press start, otherwise it gives a latch issue error.

Overall the house was GREAT and location was Awesome!

Although there were a few things we would have liked to see such as a tv in the master bedroom and live tv with news instead of streaming services. It was pet friendly and we did have our small dog but there was really nowhere for her to walk without sticker bugs no grassy areas! Also maybe a guest guide to explain how to use the dishwasher the blinds ect. We were able to extend our stay by a day and the host was very accommodating! And super quick to respond. The house is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach!! The house was really clean and nice. We used the patio for a lot of family meals and morning coffee!! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!!
