Welcome to your truly own beach retreat with this luxurious, beautiful 4BR/4.5BA beach house. The master bath features separate vanities, water closet, large shower and free-standing tub. Each of the 3 guest bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Located in a warm, safe, gated waterfront community which you can enjoy deeded Sound access with a neighborhood beach and pool only steps away. Stunning unobstructed 8 acres of Sound views from the main living areas and the backyard.

This super clean and beautifully decorated house has a 10-foot ceiling with gorgeous hardwood floors. Main living floor has the master suite, powder bath, and formal dining room providing seating for 12. The 3rd floor features 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms.

The house, steps from the pool, sets off only a 2 minutes walk to the Santa Rosa Sound Beach where you can kayak or paddle board. Moreover, small children love playing at this beach because of the calm water, gentle waves, and its seclusion. A fun golf cart ride for a couple of blocks takes you to the lovely Gulf Beach.

Kitchen - Offers granite countertops with a large island, soft close cabinetry, pantry, pot filler, 5-burner electric cooktop, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a quick meal for the family.

Large backyard - Spectacular waterfront views. It has an outdoor shower, hammock, propane gas grill, and covered patio with table and chairs prepare guests for perfect gatherings. Also, guests can engage in outdoor family games to keep everyone entertained.

This is a great place to stay with your family! Everything is included, just pack your clothes and come. We run at the golf cart, which made it so easy to get to the beach and took afternoon stroll on the beach by the sound Nina was an excellent hostess, and answered all of our questions promptly if weā€™re ever in the area again will certainly rent this property again

Wonderful Retreat

I can not say enough about our stay. Our visit was what you expect but often do not recieve in a VRBO. Everything was clean, the home was very well stocked, and Nina was in full communication when needed. The view from the porch in the morning provides a beautiful sunrise. The walk to the beach is very convenient but the golfcart came in handy when wanting to go farther down. Especially with the kids. We would 100% book again!!

Relaxing Getaway...

We loved our stay at this property in Navarre Beach. It was our first time visiting the area, as we wanted to avoid the Spring Break crowds in 30Aā€”mission accomplished!The beach was uncrowded, with plenty of space to relax, and the Starfish property was perfect for our needs. We shared it with another family, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the walk to the Gulf-side beach was a bit longer since we chose not to rent the golf cart, the bay-side beach was much closer and a great spot for morning and evening walks.The host was fantasticā€”very responsive and helpful whenever we needed information. One of the highlights was the backyard area with a firepit, which was a unique and enjoyable feature we hadnā€™t experienced before in a Vrbo beach rental.We would absolutely recommend this property and Navarre Beach as a whole. 30A is great, but if you want a true beach getawayā€”where you donā€™t have to wake up at 6 AM just to claim a spot on the sandā€”Navarre Beach is the place to be!

Best family getaway

Everything about this listing is so accurate. The home is extremely beautiful, in a great location for a more quiet beach experience yet close enough for groceries, dining out and shopping. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The beds are so comfortable and everyone having their bathroom was very nice. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you would need for dinners in. The fire pit area is relaxing especially after a long day on the beach or out sightseeing and shopping. The attention to detail were an added touch, such as shampoo, hand soap, extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. the extra things you either bring with you or purchase when you arrive. Our group is already making plans to come stay again and hopefully a little longer! Thank You again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing property!

This house was amazing! The bedrooms were a great size and each had its own on suite bathroom which was wonderful! The decor was simply delightful, well maintained and VERY clean. The extra amenities were a bonus as well, tons of toys for kiddos, beach chairs and umbrellas if you need them, and the fire pit was fabulous to sit by each night. The location of the house was great too as you could walk over to the Sound and enjoy a pretty beach area there or the gulf beach was just down the street with ample parking. I'd recommend renting the golf cart they offer, it was a real bonus as well and fun to drive on the island. You can't go wrong with this house!

The best house and location

Having bay and beach access is the best! We spoke with other guests on the beach who envied our location. This property is very well appointed with amenities that most rental properties don't even consider. It's big, it's nicely decorated, the property owners are so kind and attentive. We'll be back!

Wonderful week in Navarre

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our family trip to Navarre. The golf cart was such a helpful addition for easy transport to and from the beach, especially with kids. Communication from the property manager was excellent. We had one rainy day during the week and the house is set up well for an entire family to still enjoy a day indoors.

Lovely house!

Girlā€™s trip for aunts and cousins. The house was plenty roomy for our group of 6 and with lots of bathrooms. So much privacy, and the rooms were large and comfortable. What a kitchen!! We ended our trip with a big crab/shrimp boil, and everything we could ever need was available. The only issue we encountered was the distance from the house to the beach access, complicated by one guestā€™s need for handicap accommodations. However, thereā€™s a golf cart available for rent, and the pool is steps away and is awesome. The gated community is quiet and peaceful. Mattresses are super comfortable, as well. Our hosts were easily contacted and very responsive.

We loved this house. It was beautiful and spacious and our kids loved the outdoor space. We used the golf cart so beach access was super easy. So many extras are included that are such a nice touch. The home was perfect for our group of four families (four moms & five kids). Beautiful home, close to the beaches, steps from the community pool, fantastic outdoor space for playing and relaxing together. The owners thought of everything - the house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week (beach toys, a well-appointed kitchen, stocked laundry room, hair dryers, beach towels, even slippers!), their instruction were clear, and each room had a smart tv, private bath, and extra pillows/blankets. The owner checked in a few times during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and she was incredibly responsive to questions, both before and during the stay. I HIGHLY recommend this property and fully expect to stay here again!

Great House with everything you could need

Perfect house with all the amenities, perfect for a family , no need to bring any beach items including sand toys because the house has them! Rooms are spacious and well stocked with extra blankets. The host was amazing and checked on us multiple times . I would recommend this house 10 times over if I could we will definitely be back!!

This house was everything we hoped and more. Plenty of space for our group of 9 to visit, play games, and prepare meals. Each bedroom having it's own bath was an added plus. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with beach access to the Sound close by. Also, the distance to the beach was very convenient and the provided golf cart made trips back and forth, if needed, so nice. We will definitely be returning to Navarre and hoping to stay here again!!!
