Set Of Beach Chairs and Umbrella Included

Newly renovated and extremely clean fourth floor Emerald Surf unit is located on one of Florida's quietest, most pristine beaches and provides spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful luxury plank floor throughout, Granite in kitchen. The living room and master bedroom balconies allow you to indulge in the sounds of the surf and the near-daily dolphin shows. The balconies provide stunning views of both sunrises and sunsets.

The unit very comfortably sleeps seven. The master bedroom features a king-size bed. There are queen and twin-size bed in the guest bedroom and a pull-out bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have ample dresser space.

The master bath features a beautiful tile shower with glass doors the guest bathroom has shower-tub combo and there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Enjoy both gulf and sound-side water views from the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

There are three Smart TVs

This unit includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included with the rental.

Very Clean, owner was nice enough to text after a bad storm to make sure all was good. Great view, room comes with chairs that are rented along with 2 chairs that you can sit next to the water. I would definitely stay here again. King size bed in master was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach.

This stay was perfect. The condo is taken care of & clean. It was spacious. The kitchen has all the appliances for your family. They provide plenty of towels for your stay. The view- absolutely perfect. It comes with 2 free beach chairs which is helpful for families. We are already wanting to book a 2nd stay here.

Absolutely fantastic condo

Let me start by saying this was our 5th straight year staying at the Emerald Surf and this was our 3rd different room we’ve stayed in. This was by far our favorite. It was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and just had a very homey feel to it. It had a much more premium feel than the other rooms we stayed in, from the digital thermostat, remote controlled blinds, and the very large tv. Normally I don’t care about the TV since we don't watch it much, but we had a day and a half of rain so we had a movie day and it was great. It also had extra beach toys, chairs, and we also enjoyed the hi-top style patio furniture. There was never a doubt the owner takes care of the room and wants guests to have a great experience. I would highly recommended this unit! We had a perfect stay!

The best stay!

We had the perfect time! First, the communication is top tier with the host. Very helpful, told us to text or call with any questions and even sent me a suggestion on something fun for the kids to see that was going on in the area while we were there! Second the location is perfect, right on the beach. Just rode the elevator down and walked down the walkway to the beach where our chairs and umbrella that came with the rental where already set up each day. Third, the cleanliness of the condo was top notch! There was plenty of cooking supplies and utensils, bedding and bath towels. Chairs on the balcony were perfect for sitting and watching the waves roll in while enjoying coffee. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back to visit one of our favorite places with this amazing host!

Emerald Surf is nice place to enjoy a great vacation, Our room updated clean and very spacious. Property owner was very helpful if need anything or had questions. We had the perfect spot right in middle on 4th floor. Nice clean pool, and just steps to the Sandy Beach!!! Will visit again someday

Best place for a beach vacation!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is perfect! The views are amazing!! I was able to watch the dolphins play while I drank my coffee!!! I loved being right on the beach and not having to load the kids and all our stuff up in the car to drive to the beach. It made our vacation so much easier! We just pulled our wagon down to the beach! It was perfect! The pool was amazing! It was so nice to have a place with calm water for my little ones to swim in! The beach was not crowded at all! The hosts were great at answering questions! We went to the beach multiple times each day and hunted snow crabs at night because it was so easy to just walk down there! If your looking for the perfect place… THIS IS IT!
