April Stay in Navarre

This property was very well stocked with paper products, kitchen utensils, etc. They have everything you need for your stay, which was much appreciated. The full size bathroom on the lower level was a nice plus which was not advertised. One minor thing that could be improved. The written instructions in the binder sometimes do not match from one page to another. You may want to look into that. One of the best rental stays we have experienced in Navarre Beach.

Great place!

This house was perfect for us and we will be planning on booking again in the future. The host thought of everything that you may need. We have never stayed anywhere so well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and had a good sound side beach and it’s a short walk to the gulf. We really enjoyed our time there.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was exactly as pictured and very very clean! It was well stocked which is unheard of for rentals. Kitchen was fully equipped, even had extra trash bags, dish washing tablets, laundry soap etc! The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of space for our family. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was proximity to the beach. It was a short walk which is doable just a slight inconvenience if you need to use the restroom or forget something. Overall the place is one of the best places I’ve stayed and we frequent the area often!

Excellent location with all the extras!

Beautiful home in a pretty little neighborhood close to both the Gulf and the sound. The home was immaculate and had so many special touches and "extras" from the host. Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) and our two small dogs had plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves at home. Beach access to the Gulf was a super quick golf cart ride away. It was definitely walkable, but the golf cart made it easier to transport beach stuff. The hidden gem of this property was the beach access from the back of the neighborhood (less than a minute walk) to the sound which had the absolute BEST sunrise views from the curve of the beach. Truly jaw dropping! Also easy proximity to Opal Beach in the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Overall, my family had a fantastic stay at this charming beach home and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful House & Great Amenities

This house is wonderful! It is so clean and has everything you need from the kitchen gadgets, to the basket of flip flops, to the beach chairs & umbrellas, to the working grill on the porch. The beds and overall feel of the house is really comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the most beautiful beach and ocean. Highly rated and definitely recommended.

Very nice in a great location. We rented a golf cart and it took less time to load the cart and get on the beach then it would take to wait for the elevator ride in a condo. 10 out of 10 experience.

Great place to stay!

Very easy to book. Great location for us. The little kids enjoyed the calmness of the water on the private beach. The older kids were able to walk across the road to the public beach. The public beach is a bit of a walk, but they didn’t mind.

Great Family Retreat

We visited with two families with kids beyween 1 and 10 and had a wonderful stay. The house was just as pictured, if not better. We really appreciated all the little extras like our welcome basket. The first aid kit, nail kit, games, toys, and little coffee station saved us a couple trips out to a shop for things we wouldnt have thought of. The sound beach was very calm and quiet and the gulf beach was perfect for many days of play and relaxation. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc for us to enjoy. The pier a few miles away always had sea turtles, dolphins, sharks, and/or blue heron when we went. Thanks for a great visit and we cant wait to come back for some more family time.

Best time!

Our family goes to the beach every year and this was our first time in Navarre. This house by far was the best. It was very clean and they thought of everything to make sure the stay made us feel at home. The management company was awesome and very responsive to answer any questions. The location of the house is perfect, right between the beach, pool, and bay. I recommend renting a golf cart for trips to the beach so you don’t have to lug all of your stuff across the street since there’s parking at the beach access. Thanks for a great week! We will be back!
