Take in all the incredible views and when you’re ready, head downstairs and sink your toes into the soft, sugary white sand beach. This tranquil island getaway is a two-bedroom two-bath condo with a bonus bunk room. Sleeps up to 8 happy guests. The master bedroom has a private bath, a king-sized bed, and direct balcony access where you can wake up to the views and the breeze. The second bedroom hosts two queen beds and the bunk room hosts two twin beds. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, grilling area, fitness center, wireless internet, two TVs, one in the Living Room and one in the Guest bedroom, with cable, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Imagine yourself cooking your fresh catch overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Gather with family over the dining table or living room and push the buttons on the electric recliners and watch the dolphins play...did you see the views??? Summerwind Resort is a lovely community located on Navarre Beach. You can spend your days paddleboarding, kayaking, parasailing, fishing, and much much more! Dining and many fun activities are all close by. This unit requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night stay during peak Summer months. Our cleaning crew follows strict CDC guidelines for cleaning. All linens and towels are commercially cleaned. Non-smoking only. No pets. Don’t forget to bring: While Navarre Properties provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soap, toiletries, condiments, spices, coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for the perfect beach getaway.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
