This recently renovated condo, Eat, Drink & Flounder offers solitude & simplicity, and has it all for a perfect vacation! Eat, Drink & Flounder is a 1 bedroom condo, 1 ½ bathrooms which sleeps 6. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a half hall bathroom with another sink and toilet. From your master bedroom that features a king bed, alcove twin bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room, you will enjoy breathtaking views from your private gulf front 13th floor balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has brand new televisions throughout and recently replaced king and twin mattresses for your comfort. Cook up your favorite dishes from the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. . This condo also comes with a stackable washer & dryer. When you are not hanging out in this beautiful condo, or lounging on our beaches, looking out at our crystal-clear emerald waters, you can enjoy access to the multiple swimming pools, hot tubs and fitness centers at Summerwind Resort. We had a wonderful stay. Rental had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. A great place to relax and enjoy the view.

Condo was great, especially the view. Full kitchen made cooking meals easy. Location was ideal, good restaurants were a short walk away along with the pier. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo and location!!

This was our first time vacationing on the FL coast. Our accommodations were wonderful, clean, comfortable, and located close to everything. Our only complaint was the smell in the ground floor lobby, and no air in the lobby or elevator. We would definitely recommend to others!!!

Beautiful and Clean Condo

First thing we noticed is how extremely clean the condo is. It's Beachfront, right next to the Pier, close to some restaurants. Windjammers, Juana's and Andy D's are all fun and great food and drinks. Condo kitchen is well equipped with a coffee pot plus a keurig and all types of pots n pans. Plenty of towels, There is no beach chairs or umbrella that come with this rental but it is available on the beach for a daily or weekly fee. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.
