Family vaca

Everything was wonderful and the views spectacular. Lots of room for everyone and beach toys a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was we had to buy few things- only left 1 trash bag, and we didnt have any extra toilet paper. Also it would have been great to have a few more towels. But other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Relax and enjoy

The views are great. Town house was clean a few minor issues addressed with the management team. If you are older you need to know there are a number of stairs to go up and down each day but the place is very nice with plenty of room for everyone and the private beach was great. A great place to relax and enjoy beutiful Navarre beach.

Great location, entire family loved the place. Kitchen is well stocked for any family dinners. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom and would make a requirement that all male dogs have to wear a belly band, the master bedroom couch has a strong dog urine odor.

Beachfront Getaway

This is the second time that our family has stayed in this condo. We love the area, the beach is always amazing, and the condo is an easy place to stay--close to everything and yet not in the middle of the crowds at the high-rises. The owners have kept up with maintenance, which is not always the case with beachfront properties, and it's well-furnished with most things that you would need. We especially appreciated the paddle board, which our adult kids really enjoyed. Five out of five stars, would stay here again.

Could be lovely with maintenance

This townhouse was very nice however, it could use some maintenance and updating. We could not get in at check in time because the managers were putting a new bed in one of the bedrooms. The other problems were a broken oven, the Wi-Fi in the building did not work most of the time and there were roaches, especially in the kitchen. If they could maintain this townhouse, it would be really nice. It's in a great location on the beach and away from the high rise condominiums.

Great family vacation

This was our first trip to Navarre Beach. The townhome was perfect for us. We had 6 adults, one 17 year old and a one year old. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the den, although there was one piece of furniture missing. We loved that there was plenty of room to park our 3 vehicles, and there were 3 trash bins to hold our trash for the week. My husband and I especially loved the big master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and our very own mini refrigerator!! It also had a couch and recliner. We all loved that we could walk right off of our back porch deck onto the walkway over the dunes to the private beach. It was so nice not to be crowded on the beach. This was the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely loved this property! I will be back!

We spent a week here & absolutely loved it! It is by far probably my favorite vrbo we've stayed in and I will be back next year if our dates are available. Highly recommend. Communication was great, house was clean and had everything we needed, great location and very easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the air worked great! This is a great property for larger families as well because the upstairs is huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths washer/dryer, beautiful balcony with gorgeous views so you can have your own privacy if needed. You won't be disappointed with this townhouse! Love, The Evans from Arkansas

Okay stay

First of all, listing is not accurate. The pictures show the bunk room with 2 different bed coverings which make it look like it’s a 4 bedroom unit. The listing also said it was 4 bathrooms but actually only 3. The listing says sleeps 12, but actually should be 8-10. The unit itself is dated and needs some TLC. The unit was not cleaned well at all and needs a detailed cleaning. On a positive note, the Master Bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable and we loved the beach and being with family.

Fantastic

We were 2 adults and 9 teenagers. The home is very spacious and had the perfect furnishings for us all to be together in the evenings! The kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed and more. The beds were comfy, too! The location right on the beach was a huge hit and very relaxing! Amanda was a fantastic host, always quick to answer any questions!
