This beautiful home sits on 10 acres with a private swimming pool and a view of the Mississippi River. Perfect for Youth Conferences, Weddings, Family Reunions, and Tour groups.
Big room with 9 triple bunk beds for youth, cousins, or dear friends.
Basketball, trampoline, swingset, firepit, BBQ, and wild life.
The first 10 guests are included in the $400.00
Each guest over that will pay $30 per guest per night.
Reservations with less than 14 guests will not have access to the basement. You will have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on your main floor and upstairs.
Reservations with 14 or more guests will have access to the basement but not the mother in law room.
Reservations with over 40 guest will have access to the mother in law room

Private Pool: We have a pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 10 people when it's time to relax and cool off.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps av

Pet Policy: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- If you need the AC turned down or turned up, please contact me.
- No diving into the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
- Lock code and WIFI information will be sent at check-in time.
- Check-in time is 4 pm. We do not allow early check-in, as our cleaners need adequate time to ensure a thorough clean and inspection.

PARKING
- There is room for 4 cars to be parked in the driveway area. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS or in the garage.

TIPS/REMINDERS
- It is normal for the fridge to take some time to properly cool when filled with warm food and drinks. Please give it up to 24 hours. If you plan on bringing a lot of room temperature drinks we highly recommend storing them in a cooler and use the fridge for perishable items.
- Mosquitos, insects, and ticks are simply a part of country living, especially during the summer and warmer months. We recommend bringing mosquito/tick repellant.
- Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service accounts, just don`t forget to log out at checkout.
- We cannot be accountable for issues we’re not made aware of. Please make us aware of any issues immediately so we can address them.
