Comalada by Totiaran is a beautiful apartment with an unbeatable location, facing gardens and spectacular views of the Ruda mountains. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the Val de Ruda urbanisation, in Baqueira 1500 with direct access - just a few metres - from the cable car to reach the ski slopes.



Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright and welcoming atmosphere, where white and neutral tones create a sense of serenity and calm. The living-dining room, decorated with elegant furniture and alpine details, is the ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The large windows allow you to enjoy impressive views of the snowy landscape surrounding the property.



The apartment is 90 m2 and consists of a comfortable living room with a fireplace and two comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV, and a dining table, following this the fully equipped American kitchen for a perfect stay. The dining table has a capacity for 8 people, is surrounded by windows and offers enviable views of the Val de Ruda gardens.



At the other end of the Comalada, you will find 3 bedrooms, one main bedroom for up to 3 people, offering a double bed of 160cm and an extra trundle bed. It has wardrobes, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. This room offers spectacular views of the Val de Ruda gardens.



The second bedroom has 2 hydraulic bunk beds. The third has 1 single bed. These two bedrooms are served by a second full bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.



The equipment and furniture that dress this apartment provide great comfort, giving an atmosphere of comfort and warmth that we so desire during our stay in the mountains after a day of skiing.



The apartment has 1 parking space with a ski storage locker. From the parking and the ski storage room, you can directly access the cable car by lift, which will leave you at the same entrance of the ski pass control and ski lift access.

However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
