Whether you're grilling out, enjoying drinks by the pool, this home is designed for unforgettable memories. The home has plenty of privacy, even an attached separate unit with a game room, so kids can play classics like Mario Kart and Donkey Kong as late as they want! 15-20 Minutes from Gaslamp, La Jolla, and all the San Diego hot spots!

Other Things to Note:
We have security cameras in the following locations: the front door of the house, the front door of the adu (both located on the keypad itself), a camera pointed at our trashcans on the side of the property and another camera pointed at the cars in the driveway at the front of the property.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
