How old do you have to be to rent a car with National?

There’s no one answer to this, as different countries have different rules; but in most locations, you will need to be 21 at a minimum, and will have to pay a surcharge if you’re under 25.

If you’re under 25, you may also find your choice of vehicles is more limited.

Car rental companies in the US do not impose upper age limits or mature driver surcharges, but this is the practice in some countries – if in doubt, check in advance with the National branch you’ll be renting from.

Which cars can you rent from National?
