Stayed here before and after the W Trek. Could not be happier with La Base. Staff is excellent and so is the location which is within walking distance of the bus terminal. Breakfast was ample and delicious. The facilty looks very well maintained. Highly recommend this place!!

A Wonderful Stay

Hostal La Base was very comfortable and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. I stayed here twice on the bookends of my trip and highly recommend. Great location to the bus station and restaurants and markets within walking distance. Breakfast was a buffet and more food than I expected.

Hostal le Base is a great place to stay. The staff are both friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the clientele were all very respectful of noise so we had very comfortable sleeps. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
