This was a very relaxing place to stay. There are hiking routes around the area. Recommend taking a stroll in the nearby mountain town. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Udon by the river, foot spas, all were amazing! Ask a local for directions on the Udon by the river. Quite the amazing experience.

Hotel provides free drinks in the lobby with different choices. There are also various options of yukata to choose. The facilities in room are clean and good quality. However, the private onsen bath tub is quite small.

施設のハード面は申し分なく、さまざまなエンターテイメント性が盛り込まれていて楽しめた。 結婚記念日の思い出に伺ったことを伝えたら、お祝いのお酒のサービスがあり、楽しく過ごすことができた。夕食時のテーブル担当の田頭さんも会話が弾んで楽しめた。食事もひとつひとつ丁寧に工夫されていて美味しかった。 気になったことは、従業員が皆若くマニュアル通りにそつなくこなすことに徹しているだけのようにも思えた。また入館時のモノレールなど中々他には無い施設なのだから、導入に関する説明など、乗り込み前にもう少し余裕のあるほうがよかった。 総じて従業員の教育次第でまだまだ伸びしろのある旅館だと感じた。

コスパ、タイパが悪い。値段の割に大箱で経営不振の旅館を大手のグループが買収して、経費を下げて運営している感じ。駐車場が遠く、送迎バスで着いた旅館も建物に入るのにリフトのような乗り物にならなければならず、食事も普通。貸し切り露店風呂があるものの、宿泊者数に比して風呂の数が少なすぎて実質使えない。

今回２回目の利用でした。前回友達5人で利用した時に良かったので、今回お正月休み最終日に夫婦でのんびりと過ごす目的で利用しましたが、夕食の対応が酷すぎでとてもがっかりした思いで帰って来ました。まずメインの生花が萎れていて、夕食も初めのお料理の後15分以上の間、土瓶蒸し風の料理も仕上がりすぐに食べましたがぬるくて美味しくなかったです。系列の草津温泉の方も利用したことがあって、とても気に入っていたお宿だけに残念でなりません。お食事のおもてなしについての改善策をお願いしたいです。

今回、会社の仲良し5人で蓮月さんを利用させてもらいました。急遽6人から5人になってしまいましてが、フロントなどスムーズに対応頂きました。お部屋も食事もお風呂もサービスもどれも最高でした。またみんなで行きたいです。

全体的には清潔でしたし、枕を選べる所や色々な飲物無料等サービスが嬉しかったです。お風呂は狭かったですが温度はちょうど良く芯まであたたまりました。朝食は珍味が多かった印象なので万人受けするようなメニューの方がいいのかなと思いました。夕食は美味しく頂きました。
