Wifi is only available in the hotel lobby. Need to have more tables and chairs in the lobby. Half the time we went down to the lobby, I had to stand to check my facebook and e-mails as most of the chairs were already taken by other people using the Wifi or checking in or out of the hotel. Really need to get Wifi in every room. Loved the outside barbecue and fire dancing. But why not add an outside dance for all of us? Especially while you were already playing the music and there was an outside bar.

Canyon Cove has the potential to be a great hotel. The amenities and the pool are nice but then expect to pay extra for everything you want to do (billiards, table tennis, volley ball, etc.) Plus, the breakfast buffet is also extra pay. They advertise free wi-fi but you won't get it in your room. You have to be at the common areas to get it. The hotel staff are pretty good and friendly; however, they are way understaffed so they won't be able to help you until hours. Example: I requested for extra blanket and pillow which took 3 hours. Our room is the worst experience. The bathroom smells so bad like pee that you can smell it in your room even with the door closed. I had them cleaned but its still the same smell. Sprayed perfume, air freshner but it didn't help.

The Hotel is a dump which does not care about its customers. Try's to impose ridiculous rules on its customers. Avoid at all costs. The rooms are dirty and much if the amenities don't work

This is a very low quality outfit. the staff and management do not care. I had a number of issues during our recent stay 1) Very old and dilapidated rooms 2) the bathroom was dirty and had mold in many places 3) the show did not work 4) No internet in the rooms which in 2017 is laughable 5) for internet we needed to goto the lobby where the internet was so slow it was unusable 6) not allowed to bring in outside food from mcdonalds or jollibee 7) the hotel food was horrible, breakfast was like waiting in line for prison food. There was mystery meat and cold eggs and rice served via a coffee cup. 8) When calling the fron desk for help with the safe deposit box it took the clowns 4 hours to show up. Overall terrible hotel but the pool was nice. note to management please take care of your investment before it collapses into dust under the weight of mismanagement.

Food pricey. The bar is boring and drinks are overprice.

Nice hotel. clean and well located. All good except for the breakfast. It is very poor and definitely does not match the rest.

Acceptable value for money although the breakfast -that is not buffet at all- could certainly be improved. The staff is told to measure the servings. Still, they are polite and professional.

Check in was fairly ponderous. Took about 15 mins. Breakfast coupons issued, though the breakfast staff had a printout with the appropriate room numbers. One morning they ran out of eggs at 0800 though the breakfast went till 0900. Advertised as prime snorkeling, but 95 to 98 percent of the coral is dead and the fish fairly sparce. I only saw 2 live coral heads during 5 snorkeling trips. Pretty much captive to a limited food service set up, unless you have a car. Tricycle service into town dicey and can be dangerous. Room ac would not cycle down even with 30 degrees set.
