Clean room but it’s nearly impossible to talk to someone at the front desk since they’re only there at certain hours. I accidentally forgot my glasses in a room and when I called the front desk that evening they said that the room hadn’t been cleaned and to check back the next day. When we checked back they said that they did not find them even though I know for sure I left them lay on the bed. There goes an expensive pair of frames. I hope the housekeeper enjoys them!

Room smelled like a boy’s dorm room because the sheets weren’t cleaned good. Hallways be smelling like wet dog and laundry room be dirty but it appears that they are short staffed

Love woodspring suites

Front office staff are amazing. Rooms are beautiful. Gotta love having a full-size refrigerator and a cooktop so you can prepare meals for your family. Property is always clean not loud, peaceful beautiful love it!
