We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.

Our building is secure. We will need to provide access to you via email to our Latch door system. It is also used to enter the secure parking garage where our two parking spots are located.





We are set up to make you feel at home and comfortable while you’re staying with us. Our master bedroom has a king bed and your own bathroom, and the second bedroom boasts a queen bed and second bathroom- so if you are two couples or a family with children, you each have your own space.

The kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked to whip up a gourmet meal, while the living room is perfect for relaxing. We have Roku TV, or you may stream any of your favorite networks. The couch folds out to a queen bed if you have extra friends or a big family, and we also have a pack-and-play for the little ones.

The dining area seats six for meals and is great for family conversations and games. Enjoy the outdoor area with your morning coffee as you plan your day in Music City.

near you using the app, and you can leave them in any safe
location when you're finished. You must download the app and
enter credit card details before using.

Hop on, hop off. Nashville's B-Cycle program allows visitors to

We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay !

We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.
