The Maxwell - Luxuriously Styled Home Near Amazing Restaurants!

Welcome to The Maxwell! This swoon-worthy Tudor style home exudes pure elegance and luxury from the outside in! Its richly intriguing exterior will be your first introduction to the impeccable design aesthetic that is featured throughout this space. The luxurious brass fixtures, dark wooden beams, and rich color accents of warm earth tones are just a few of the many characteristics that you will fall in love with when stepping inside.

Bonus features include a roof top deck with a grill and fire pit, which is as delightfully design savvy as the rest of the home. Venturing out will be a breeze, especially since several of Nashville's top restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. Be prepared to have it all when booking a stay at The Maxwell. 

Layout: 
This gorgeous 3 level home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a rooftop deck for outdoor entertaining. The main level is complete with a living space, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and powder room. The upper level is complete with 2 master bedrooms that each have a king bed and en suite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms; one with a single queen bed and another with a queen over queen bunk bed. We have provided a queen size air mattress if you need a bit more sleeping space, too. There is also a gorgeous rooftop deck complete with a grill, fire pit and sitting area. 

Parking:
There is plenty of parking in the driveway, but if you need more space you can park on the street for free. The garage is not for guest use at this time!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Safely Screening:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
