The Holly House
Our gorgeous East Nashville home was 1st built in 1929. It was completely renovated in 2015 but care was taken to keep the original charm while updating the space. We hope you'll enjoy our front porch sitting area, carrara marble countertops, spacious walk-in showers, claw foot tub & backyard w/ firepit.
When/IF you want to get out of the house, we are in the heart of East Nash! Walk to all of its great coffee shops, restaurants, bars & stores or take a quick uber ride 2 miles to downtown!!!

Recycling (no glass) is placed in the large black trash bin right outside the back door on the patio, or can be taken into the alley and placed into a Green bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please be respectful to our neighbors- have fun but no wild parties in the back yard until 3 am. =). (Happy to report, we haven't yet had an issue!)

Great place for a friend trip!
Beautiful house—perfect for celebrating our friend’s birthday! It’s within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and grocery stores—everything you might need. Natalie was super nice and even let us check in early. Thanks so much!
