We had several problems with this property: 1) parking is $30 a day—something you only learn when they send check-in info (BTW: a similar aparthotel next door is free); 2) the dining furniture and coffee table are almost falling apart (bordering on dangerous)—no one has thought to tighten the screws, 3) the showers have about 1/3 glass partition resulting in your bathroom floor getting completely soaked—no way to avoid this.

A beautiful property that is well equipt.great communication but parking costs extra and i recommend you pay as parking in the area is very limited also felt somewhat unsafe to walk tge area at night or by yourself but the accommodations make up for it! I would stay hereagain!

cool concept and the unit i was given was awesome. like to have options for meals/snacks in to save money and time. The area is still in transition (but that’s what we love about it). only caveat, there’s a bit of outside noise with Main street, as well as a nightclub on the back end) but that’s the city

Property was great- there is a bar next door and every night, a lot of loud drunk people woke us up. Pretty much my only complaint- the rugs should be cleaned as well. Accommodations were super neat, clean, and functional for my family of five. We stayed in penthouse top floor. Design was awesome. I would def stay here again even with the bar noises.

Excellent accomodations, just be aware of noise!

Accomodations were excellent, extremely high quality and nice! Only issues we had were the shower head randomly leaked a couple times in the middle of the night for about 5 minutes, then would stop (not sure if it's an apartment wide plumbing issue or not). Additionally, this one no fault of the hotel, just be aware that noise with the different arcade bars' next door was extremely loud, even hours beyond the so-called noise ordinance, until they closed at 2 am.

Property was great! Beds are comfortable. Didn’t like the windows in the bathroom and bathing in front of Nashville’s best but I guess it was a new experience. Parking wasn’t great. We’d definitely stay there again and had a great time. It’s very well accompanied too.
