Sunset Shanty 1-bedroom duplex in West Nashville (420 friendly)

The sunset view from my deck is spectacular!!!! And on the inside, we'll call it "retro". My house was built in 1969, mostly original and it's quirky like all older homes. It's decorated with lava lamps and bean bags so walking into my home is like stepping back in time. It's not fancy but it's pretty cool if you're into vintage, and even if you're not, the view alone is worth the visit! Nashville is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom unit. This is a duplex (2 bedrooms, one bathroom in each unit) and my home. I rent out one bedroom in my unit for VRBO guests. The unit next door belongs to my brother, my dogs and I will stay there with him during your entire visit to give you privacy and the entire unit to yourself with the exception of my bedroom.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes an ironing board.
