Great place to stay and only 15 minutes to Broadway!

This was a great place to stay and very convenient to Nashville and Broadway. It felt like a safe area with people out walking the dogs or pushing strollers. There is a quaint little eating and shopping district just a few minutes away that had the best little shops and restaurants with outdoor seating. Would definitely stay here again! Our only issue was the home not being ready at 4. The previous quests were late checking out so that was not the owners fault. Cute home!

GREAT PLACE

GREAT PLACE! We loved our stay. Very cute little cottage in a great neighborhood- quiet but close to everything. Owners are very kind and accommodating. It is an older home and comes with all the beauty and quirks of an older home. So if you expect modern perfection this isn’t for you. But if you appreciate true beauty, old charm and great character this is perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great location in Nashville

The cottage is very cute and in a great location. It was a bit musty smelling due to the humidity, but was clean and well equipped. Walking distance to Lipscomb where I had a conference and close to good shopping areas.

Nashville Cozy Cottage

Tyler's place was perfect for our trip to Nashville to see our daughter graduate from Lipscomb. It could not have been more convenient and it is literally a five minute walk to campus. It is well appointed and has everything you could need .The beds were comfortable including the couch which opens up into a bed (much better than some sleeper sofas). The back yard is nice and wish we could have spent some time on the back deck but the weather didn't cooperate this time. All in all it was a very good experience that I would highly recommend. If we had any issue it would be with the check in time of 4:00 and check out time of 10:00.

Cozy and welcoming

This warm and charming space had everything we needed to unwind after a day of seeing the sights. The beds were particularly comfortable and the little touches throughout-books, DVDs, etc made us feel right at home. We would gladly stay there again!

Awesome Experience

We loved our stay. The perfect way to describe it is a cozy cottage. It was in a really nice neighborhood. The drive to downtown was less than 15 minutes and very easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again.
