This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). Extremely dirty, unclean with filthy linens toilets and furniture. The host barely communicated and had to contact Vrbo to have it cleaned as we had no where else to go. We barely had enough soap and linens for our group. I reached out to the host multiple times with no response the rest of the trip. I requested a refund multiple times with no response. The cleaning crew came at 9pm and left at midnight which also affected our trip since we couldn’t leave as all of our luggage was already there. There was stains on the furniture and carpets. Missing dry wall and minimal utensils. I am Continuing to make allEfforts to get my money back and will report this to the BBB.

Great stay - little difficult with communication

Perfect spot for a bachelorette party. Everyone was comfy, very spacious, great AC, especially with the hot weather, had everything we needed (including karaoke!).The one difficult thing was the communication with the property. We requested early check-in, but our code was not valid. I had to call a few different numbers to get in touch with someone. I ended up having to sit outside of the property for a long time waiting for someone to help me get inside. Luckily, our bachelorette party wasn't waiting with me!
