The Space:

Soft morning light settles over the Nashville skyline, giving you a quiet moment before the energy of the city begins to stir. From this elevated home base, you can take in the shifting colors of early spring while planning your day among the nearby districts. As evening arrives, the apartment becomes a calm spot to unwind after exploring Broadway, The Gulch, or Music Row.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to host up to 6 guests, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 3 beds - a king bed, a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area. Two full bathrooms give everyone room to move comfortably through morning and nighttime routines. Shampoo, conditioner, hot water, and clothing storage are provided to help you settle in with ease.



Living and entertainment

The living area brings in natural light with views toward the skyline, creating a comfortable place to relax between outings. A Smart TV supports easy streaming, and the pool table offers a casual way to wind down on cooler spring evenings when staying in feels right. Air conditioning and Wifi are available to support both work and downtime.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals at home when you choose. With a kitchen space designed for guest use and cooking basics available, you can enjoy anything from early breakfasts before heading into the city to simple dinners after a long day. A coffee maker with coffee is ready for slow mornings or a quick warm-up before stepping out.



Laundry and convenience

The in-unit washer and free dryer make longer stays practical and comfortable. Elevator access simplifies arrivals and departures, and paid parking on premises is available for guests who need it at $25 per night.



Building amenities

Shared amenities include a pool, co-working areas, social lounges, and a 24-7 fitness center. Whether you are fitting in a workout, logging in for remote work, or taking a quiet moment in a shared lounge, the building offers spaces to suit different parts of your day.



Safety and peace of mind

Exterior security cameras are present on the property, with additional cameras in the lobby, lounge, pool, gym, and elevators. A smoke alarm and first aid kit are provided within the unit.

With easy access to Nashville’s key districts, you can explore live music venues, local cafés, breweries, boutiques, and cultural landmarks at your own pace. When you return, the apartment offers a calm place to recharge above the city, giving you space to ease into the rhythm of your stay.

Access is granted through the Stratis app. You will need to download this prior to your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.



1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.

3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.

5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.



PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
